Steve and his team have done a great job of our bathroom refit. Gave us brochures to choose fittings in advance. All fixtures and fittings were provided and are of high quality as is the workmanship. Steve kept us updated on a daily basis and listen to and dealt with any concerns we had. Really pleased with our bathroom. Steve was professional all the way through and I would highly recommend Steve and his team.

Steve and the team (Paul and Matt) have been amazing from start to finish! We were nervous getting two bathrooms done during lockdown but Steve was so helpful and patient, allowing us to send images and ideas and he shared ideas and items until we finalised our plans. When working on the project he kept us up to date each day making sure it was exactly what we wanted. All the materials used are clearly high spec and both rooms are finished to a really high standard. We are so pleased with the finished results! A friendly, hardworking and talented team that I would highly recommend. Thank you.

We are delighted with everything Steve and his team did for us. Steve spent lots of time helping us design the bathroom and using his suppliers was a big cost saving. The team were a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and we’ve been left with a bathroom an en-suite that we love. I would recommend him highly.

Steve has just finished our new bathroom and we are so pleased with it. He is very professional, skilled at his trade and has great communication from start to finish. He was patient to explain each step of the process to us and kept us updated daily about how things were going. We felt the process was managed brilliantly and I would definitely use Steve again, just wish I had more bathrooms!!

Steve and Arthur are great guys and have done a fantastic job on our new bathroom. Steve kept us informed every step of the way and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Steve gave us an extremely competitive price for a really good quality bathroom. Very pleased with all aspects of the finished product and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Steve was a God send at a time when my bathroom had a wooden floor that had rotted due to water leaking over time through loose tiles causing damages to the joinings and planks that had to be removed. Once the plumbing was cut off to my misfortune there was a lock down due to the coronavirus outbreak on the 2nd week of work and even though I had ordered the bathroom suites, tiles and click on flooring on the 1st week which were slow in coming, Steve had the initiative to leave a toilet in the bathroom while he was clearing everything out including a big bath as I no longer wished one large bathroom but would replace it with a wall between 2 smaller bathrooms which would have 2 shower with toilet suites and new tiles and ceilings with led lights and new doors locking from the inside. It was a big job at a time when his local suppliers were closed down and Steve was forced to travel far for supplies but knew it was vital to get the toilets done so he could turn on the plumbing for health and hygiene as I am an old age pensioner who is more vulnerable especially during this period. Today he finished the bathrooms and I still can't believe how beautiful they are and efficient and even though he overpaid for his supplies and extra travel expenses, he did not charge me for anything extra but kept to the offer he had given from the beginning which had been agreed upon before starting work. He proved he is a professional who can be counted on even in hard times and he kept me calm.

From the initial enquiry and home visit to work through our requirements, to the end of the job today, we can only say what a wonderful job. Both Steve and Arthur are are pleasure to have in your home, they are clean and tidy and do a brilliant job. The bathroom is exactly as we wanted it and we are extremely happy. Steve completely ruined my new bathroom which he fitted! Infact less than a month with my new bathroom my expensive Grohe shower fell apart whilst showering.Initially Steve was ok but because I decided to go for a bigger bath which meant I had to order another he found it hard to accept. He charged me £2200 then another £400 for miscellaneous items. When I needed an electrician he got his friend to pop round. I asked how much would Id need to pay for the electrics,his response I don’t ask questions!The Grohe shower pieces were cut and glued together. Grohe engineers said due to it being fitted incorrectly I wouldn’t be entitled to the extended 5 year warranty unless they took it out and refitted.I had no choice but to get them to make it but right at a cost! Steve completed the job but didn’t allow me to check the works but text me several times until 11pm demanding the 2nd and final payment. paid him but then held onto my house keys.Only returned them when I contacted police.He made me order more materials than needed.I’ve no warranty from him as he fails to answer my calls or respond to my text messages.He went through my kitchen cupboardsz I gave him several chances to correct his poor work and pay for the Grohe engineers. Was happy for him to revisit his work but sadly he just wasn’t interested.We had a serious breakdown in communication but I’m still left with a disappointing looking bathroom which I’m still sorting out. Not a good experience at all!!
