Really pleased with the works. We had a damp patch in our lounge and exterior wall. Scott gave a great and detailed assessment of the issues and provided us some treatment options. The team worked quickly and tidily and covered everything from the treatment to moving a reattached our radiator as well as re plastering and removing all rubbish. I could not be more pleased with the work done by Osborne Preservation. Scott is honest, highly professional and very easy to deal with. Out of 3 companies I approached they were the only company to correctly diagnose the sources of my damp issue and propose a cost effective solution to fix it. The work has been done to a high standard; they took away all the rubbish and left the site very clean. Excellent from start to finish. Scott's team did a great job and he was so helpful, responsive, professional, generous, pragmatic and kind. It was quite a complicated job involving replacing lots of rotten timber under my flat and improving ventilation. Scott kept me informed every step of the way and showed great integrity in that he was honest in telling me when something hadn't proved necessary to do, instead of lying and taking the extra money. He also organised someone to re-lay my carpet after the job for a very reasonable price. Very highly recommended. Would definitely use him again.
