Great service cannot fault anything. Provided a very good quote, done a fantastic job installing the boiler. Very good at communicating, turned up as agreed. Laid protective covers before starting and cleaned up when finished. A real gunuine tradesman, didn't try to expand the scope of the job or extract more money. Next time we need some plumbing done or have an issue Kyle will be my first call.

Kyle was very good and well worth a recommendation. He was prompt and efficient and we were very happy with the work he carried out. We would certainly use him again in the future.

The guys got the job done in the time specified at a reasonable quote. Upon visiting to give us an initial quote, kyle took photos, made notes, and took the time to ensure the quote was accurate, then emailed an estimate a couple of days later. On the contrary, we had had 3 other quotes: 1 quoted £4k (apparently they doubled the VAT); Another was also pricey, and had a tonne of typos in his quote; the third whizzed around the house, was a good price but likewise typed with his face. By process of elimination, oakleigh seemed like the sensible option. They let us know when plans changed as a cheaper part was needed, so they reduced the price accordingly without me having to awkwardly ask. A couple of things I don't like are that there are two holes in the wall where old pipes were cut out, and they hadn't plastered over- given the option I would have opted to have the wall cleared up. A screw wasn't fastened on the boiler, so you can lift up the boiler front panel and see the electrics underneath- I'm sure I just need to screw it down, but it comes across as slapdash. These aside however, i'm satisfied with the work - Kyle does care about his clients and their feedback (he called a couple of days later to ask us how we were getting on). He offered to screw in the smart thermostat if we sent him a message when he's next in the area, and we have good water pressure and a working boiler. And impressively, my partner told me they can talk about biscuits for a solid 5 minutes.

Fantastic guys! New combi boiler was installed. Old gas boiler was removed plus hot water tank, cut out old pipes, provided new gas pipe to the hob. All job was done in one day! Excellent!!! Price was competitive too! Really hard to find a professional, took us a good five people to check, glad we stop with Kyle! Would use your service again and would recommend to a friend. Kyle came with his team of guys and installed a new gas combi boiler and several new radiators the same day as well as taking out all the old pipework and hot water tank and cold water tanks, all just before Christmas! They all worked amazingly hard to get everything done and completed on the day, and were a really friendly bunch of guys. We were really impressed. We also got Kyle to come back and undertake some further plumbing jobs, installing a new basin in the bathroom, plumb in a washing machine, and several other small jobs which he did again very efficiently. He also arranged a plasterer for us and a tiler for the bathroom at short notice. We are really happy to recommend Kyle to anyone else and will happily use him again. This is the first time we have used My.builder.com and it has been a really positive experience. Thank you Kyle!

Kyle carried out a complete replacement of my boiler, hot water tank, pump, diversion of pipes and installation of a hive system. He sourced all parts (included in the quote) and carried out the work with extreme professionalism and competence, and cleared up after the job. He was very punctual both on the day of the quote and on the day of the installation, very polite and very clear on what needed to be done, and always available to explain things to someone who pretty much knows nothing about plumbing. The work was carried out more quickly than anticipated (including the flushing of the system), and he was also available for after installs query, always returning my calls if not able to answer immediately. I was so impressed by the way he conducted his business that I intent to bring him in again when the time comes to replace my bathroom. All in all I am extremely happy with the work he carried out and would happily recommend him to anyone. His prices were competitive too, especially compared to British Gas.
