Very happy with the service I received today. A great company and a great heating engineer.

Kyle has done several jobs for us now. He fitted a new pressurised tank in our attic, put in 3 new radiators and most recently he refitted our bathroom. Kyle is a really nice guy, very considerate and good around the kids. He is good at keeping in touch on phone and text. His work is very high quality therefore we have no complaints. Our new bathroom looks brilliant, and we are looking forward to him starting the ensuite shower room, fitting TRVs on all our rads, then maybe a water softener and a new boiler.

Replace & move CH boiler from kitchen to loft and convert to unvented system. Kyle offered a couple of alternative solutions explaining the pros & cons of each. I had my ideas of what I wanted to achieve. He was happy to work with any premium boiler supplier but we went with his Vailiant prefered supplier and a 7 yr warranty. We ended up with a very satisfactory solution that works very well and efficiently, the workmanship was very good with tidy pipework and installation. Kyle is a methodical, clean and tidy worker laying out plenty of household protection and clearing up well at the end of the day. He is very approachable and knowledgable about the work and was willing to listern to my concerns and desires. We fixed a date and then I changed it and Kyle did the work at the agreed time and duration for what I thought was a very fair price. He comes highly recommended by me.
