UPDATE: The reply is fabricated. Nigel did not return the money on 7th Feb as he stated. He used my deposit money to manipulate me into removing the review instead! ORIGINAL: Avoid NTB Construction at all costs! I paid a deposit of £300 to have works done on my property between 11th-13th February. Nigel confirmed my booking and three days later he decided he couldn't do those dates and would be returning my deposit. He told me the reason was because he talked to his lads and they thought I was going to be “looking over” them when carrying out works and they wanted me to leave the property when they do the works and come back once its done! He decided to also book someone else in on my date! As he cancelled the job, he told me he would return my deposit but then he manipulated me into removing the review or I wouldn't get my deposit back! I have notified MyBuilder and they are going to carrying out an investigation and I have submitted the relevant evidence.

Amazing job on the damp work,Nigel listened to exactly how we wanted it and did it to perfection and offers the warranty ! Phil and Dale were amazing and very hard working. Would recommend to anyone looking to get damp work done in future
