Igor and Sam were good at communication, reliable and got the job done efficiently. They were flexible and polite with my tennants which made the whole job easy, I would use them again and recommend to all - not cheap but seem to be worth it!

Igor, Vladimir and all the guys from Nilo Construction were incredible - we can't recommend them highly enough. Our experience from start to finish has been great - the team finished all our work ahead of schedule to an amazing standard. And to top it off, they're a lovely bunch of people who we enjoyed having around working on our home. We had several quotes from various people, but Igor's stood out with its detail and clear explanation of costs and pricing. This same attention to detail carried on throughout the project, with any changes or updates clearly communicated. We were away a few times over our project and Igor always kept us updated with photos and messages. The quality of the work shows that the Nilo team is one that cares about what they do and can take on any job - they redid our kitchen, bathroom, a toilet, hallway tiled flooring and a lot of decorating. We had a lot of tiling done and were just blown away by the tilers' work. The team were always on time and busy working away for full, longs days. They also took care of our place, protecting furniture and flooring and were amazingly clean and tidy workers. We've shown a few of our neighbours the work that has been done and already we're hoping that Igor, Vladimir and the team will be back in the area for more work soon. They're the people we'll be going to if we need any work doing again in the future. Thanks guys!

Rather than a painting/decoration job, Igor and his team at Nilo Construction completed a complete refurbishment project for our changing rooms/sports facility at our Community Centre in Camden Town. We couldn't be happier with their work and they have proven themselves to be a team of expert quality tradesmen in many disciplines, including carpentry, plumbing, general building as well as high quality painting and decoration. They were extremely trustworthy, enjoyable to work with and completed the project on time. We were so pleased with their work that we commissioned them to complete two further projects including metal fencing repair/welding and installing a 500M wooden/trellis fencing extension at our nursery building. Again, they bent over backwards to complete both projects on time and to an excellent standard. We couldn't recommend Nilo Construction any higher.

Igor and his team were extremely professional and accommodating to our changing requests! They did an excellent job of refurbishing our bathroom and skimming the property, plus odd jobs around the house. Everyone was a pleasure and worked very hard to get the job up to our standards. We hired Nilo construction to refurbish our bathroom and hallway. Igor, Sam and the rest of the team where extremely professional and respectful from inception to completion of project. The team was punctual, efficient and very polite. The quality of the work was outstanding and we are very happy with our new bathroom and hallway. From the moment we met Nilo construction they were very professional and respectful. They stripped back our existing bathroom tiles, relayed the flooring, installed underfloor heating, re-plastered and re-fitted the bathroom suite. They have done a very good job, so much so that we are asking them to come back to complete other work within our property.
