Igor and Ruslan were a pleasure to work with throughout a very stressful process. They were always happy to accommodate and solve problems as they arose or the scope of the project grew, and delivered a very high standard of finish throughout including the full renovation of two bathrooms. I am happy to recommend Nilo for any project and will be working with them in future!

Igor and his team are excellent at their job. They came when they said they would, completed the project to time and cost and the two very minor snagging problems were dealt with promptly. The work was carried out in a flat; our neighbours also commented how quiet they were. I would have no hesitation in recommending Igor and Nilo construction.

Fantastic job from Igors and Team. This was a major refit at the property which took a few weeks to complete and really pleased with the outcome and quality of the work. Communication was excellent and Igors kept me updated throughout the project. Any problems/issues as they arose were handled very efficiently. A little delayed due to various things but Igors made sure it was completed in time as we had tenants moving in towards end of week. 100% recommended and will definitely use again in future. Due to the timing of the job, which was for my mum’s house and required within days, Nilo weren’t able to do it but they came and measured up etc and then found an alternative supplier within hours and they did a great job. Made my life easier at a difficult time.

Originally hired Igor and his team to replace the flooring in my flat, but I've ended up hiring them to do a complete rewire, replacing the doors, floors, skirting boards and hearth tiles. Igor provided a very precise quote which he stuck to, and any additional things that had to be done (only a couple) were communicated promptly. There were a couple of delays but communication was great and the work was completed to a high standard. Very happy with my newly renovated flat and will be hiring Igor and his team to eventually replace my kitchen and bathroom further down the line as well! Thanks Igor!

Definitely recommending to hire Nilo Construction. It was the best choice i made. So difficult to pick but they are great They transform my flat (bathroom, kitchen, painting and flooring) into a gorgeous flat in 3-weeks). I can't be happier. They did it at a fair price, in short time scale and managed all problems swiftly and with a smile, making very sound recommendations. They went above and beyond, in many areas. They brought me solutions to everything even the most complicated issues (like the furnitures delivery arriving way earlier than expected). I met with six different builders to pick and there was something different about Vlad and Igor, they took their time and look through the flat, patiently listened and took notes to make sure everything was clear Igor was kind, polite, patient and very responsive, and always available. He was very clearly explaining everything to me in a knowledgeable but non technical way. The interior designer who was helping on the project was also so impressed that she has requested his contact and so has my sister who works in real estate. The only thing i can say is thank you for the work.

Igor and Seva were very polite, efficient and genuinely did a great job at fixing our ceiling charging a reasonable price for their work. We are very happy with the result and without doubt would hire them again for future. When they arrived, they got straight to work and were very clean taking extra care to cover the surroundings with a sheet and hoover everything as they went along. It was clear that they knew exactly what needed to be done and came across as knowledgeable and professional. 10/10
