Firstly, Nigel arrived on time, as arranged, quite refreshing for a tradesman.. I found him friendly and approachable. He was happy to answer my questions and give me advice and tips on my heating system (I like to do as much as I can myself being a keen DIYer). He worked until the job was done and was happy to accommodate the little extra jobs I needed him to do. After he finished he waited for the whole system to heat up, make sure there were no leaks and finally I was happy with everything. His charges were reasonable and I would certainly recommend him to anyone.
