Nigel turned up on time and was friendly throughout. He also left the area tidy after finishing his work and made sure to explain how the new thermostat worked. Would hire again :)

Having been without hot water for nearly 4 weeks, I was desperate for someone to come and sort the immersion heater out for me. I advertised the job on Monday and Nigel came out Tuesday, I thought he was only coming to look at the job but no, he'd actually come to mend it! It turned out to be a bigger job than we expected, but Nigel was more than happy to come back again the next day to take another look! I can highly recommend Nigel, he's friendly and reliable, and will definitely have him again.
