Highly Recommended. Throughout the entire process NPS gave us confidence in their ability to creatively and effectively perform a high-quality job to budget and with the minimum of fuss. Our job was far from straightforward and several plumbers had already given it short shrift. NPS came in and quickly assessed the requirement and came up with an acceptable quote for the work and also gave us a number of sensible variations for us to consider. When discussing questions or issues during the job, we were given clear and reasoned arguments around the pros and cons of each solution which enabled us to come to a decision quickly and economically. We also felt that each suggestion was made with our benefit rather than NPS' profits in mind which then allowed us to handover most of the day-to-day decisions to them. The peace of mind given by this cannot be underestimated. NPS combined two hot water and two central heating systems into one whilst being surrounded by various cats and small children and not once did we have to worry and not once were we left without hot water in the evening or morning - quite an achievement. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending NPS and will be employing them again in the future.

Neil Pitcher has undertaken a very complex underfloor heating installation on my behalf. This work included the installation of two boilers and solar water heating system, together with internal and external drainage. In addition he undertook the complete rewiring works for this 3,000 sq ft property which he effectively designed. I have found Neil to be straightforward, reliable and totally trustworthy in the dealings we have had. He is competent in all his undertakings and I have no hesitation in fully recommending him to others.

Neil has worked many times for me (and friends) over the years, initially installing my current boiler some years ago in an awkward fireplace and then re-siting it in an awkward loft! He has also installed a shower for me, renewed pipework, flushed out my central heating system, re-sited radiators, performed annual gas safety inspections, renewed guttering, etc etc as well as installing a complete shower room amongst other jobs for a friend. His work is always of the highest standard, he always turns up and is on time, he is friendly and is always tidy, honest and helpful, and charges a fair price. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
