Neil did a great job and fixed the issue we had with the Gas.

EXCELLENT IN EVERY RESPECT. I did not know Neil before engaging him via this site to carry out a full bathroom refit in a 19 century property with ancient pipework and many problems. From our first contact, Neil proved to be totally reliable. He replied promptly and fully to every email displaying vast knowledge of each issue I raised. As he is so highly qualified and experienced in all the skills my job required, I didn't need to search out any other craftsmen. The logistics and order of operations were all worked out by Neil and were flawless. He dealt with the plumbing, electrics, gas work, wall building, joinery, floor replacement, tiling, door- hanging, plastering & painting to the highest possible standard. He created no mess & was always thoughtful and considerate. Neil carefully laid out the pros and cons of every option, including the design aesthetics. He is fully conversant with the specifications of available products. He made highly informed and insightful suggestions, but never pressurised me to accept them. On the couple of occasions when I didn't take up his recommendations I regretted it! He was then totally understanding and accommodating about redoing these aspects. Neil solved every problem that the work threw up with total commitment and good humour. The result is a beautiful bathroom. Over 25 years renovating my house, I have employed many contractors. Many were good, Neil is outstanding - in fact perfect! I will always use him in future.

We had a number of bathroom builders for redesign of main bathroom. The contract was awarded to NPS who built a stunning wet room. We were so pleased with the that we got Neil to design a shower room off our second bedroom. Neil quickly assessed the work required for the jobs involved discussing and answering questions or issues. We felt that every step on the job Neil had our best interests in mind on moving forward in time and costs. It made us feel comfortable at each step in the work it was being completed at the highest level. Neil resolved every problem fitting under floor heating, pocket doors, tilling, drainage, lighting etc. When he leaves each night everything is clean and tidy. Neil is the ultimate professional and skilled tradesman who has done this work for many years. He was punctual and polite and a pleasure to have him work in our house and would definitely use Neil for future work and highly recommend NPS.

Neil was very helpful and checked everything out ensuring the gas lines had been completely isolated giving my mother and I peace of mind. because he felt the job was less involved than he had first quoted for, he voluntarily reduced the value of his invoice. Can heartily recommend him.

Neil, did a fantastic job for us - replacing our old boiler, and relocating new one to loft, fitting new radiators where needed and replacing our water softener. We added more as we went along and he was flexible with this. Great quality work.

I needed a radiator removed from my lounge, capped off and disposed of at fairly short notice. Neil was able with a bit of juggling, to fit me in at a day and time convenient to me. I was very appreciative of this. By far, his quote had been the most reasonable. This, coupled with his flexibility in accommodating me and previous positive feedback made me decide to hire him. I am glad I did. Neil arrived on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, completed the work efficiently and cleared up afterwards. I was so impressed that I discussed some other works which need to be done on my house, and whilst Neil cannot undertake these jobs immediately due to competing work commitments, I have decided to wait and hire him again. Based on my positive experience today, I would not hesitate to recommend Neil.

Very pleased with Neil, arrived on time, was pleasant and fully explained the work he was doing. Provided a competitive estimate to replace parts for central heating system. Turned out a few extra parts were needed and additional work completed at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.

While discussion job details, NPS provided good suggestions with probs and cons and explain the full details. Highly recommended . Our job had lot of plumping work than straight forward. NPS planned well ahead and completed on-time. Very happy with NPS work and peace of mind.

We contracted Neil to fit a new bathroom and could not be more pleased. He was an extremely professional and skilled tradesman who had obviously been doing this sort of work for a long time. His quote was reasonable, he was punctual, polite, efficient, and got the job finished within the agreed time frame. During the course of the work there were some unresolved design issues regarding drainage, boxing in, tile pattern etc.; Neil was happy to accommodate our wishes and gave sound advice where we were unsure. As well as all this he was able to provide a very competent plasterer at short notice when we were let down, ensuring the work could commence when we wanted and we had a lovely new bathroom for Christmas. I would definitely use Neil for any work we do in the future and would keenly recommend him.
