I just want to say thank you to Neil for his craftsmanship and his professionalism. Neil is a true gentleman and I just cant rate Neil highly enough. We had a few quotes beforehand and he came across the most genuine. He left me with a number of options regarding the damp problem in my extension, some of the options could have cost me thousands. So he suggested a dehumidifier and replace the lead and stone on the roof and hey presto, it's fixed the problem, saving us a few thousand pounds. Also Neil did a sterling job moving the small loft hatch and replacing it with a larger version in a different room. Previously the loft was not accessible. The loft hatch was too small for even a medium sized cardboard box and and the loft itself was dark with a couple boards to stand on with no lighting or power source. Now it has excellent flooring for walking around and storage, a power source and a fitted light. The job was was done quickly and efficiently and always kept me up to date. He made sure I knew what was fitted and/or altered and always asked me if I was happy. I would highly recommend Neil. He won't let you down and he is one of the most genuine guys out there. I will certainly go back to him in future. A rare diamond indeed! Thanks again Neil. James

Neil is honest, very reliable, neat and tidy. He replaced the flat roof and fixed the leak in our front porch. The finished job exceeded our expectations in every way. The quality of work and the speed at which he completed the work was amazing. I would highly recommend Neil to anyone. Thank you again.

This was a small annoying job to complete but Neil was still happy to take it on and at a price I was happy with. I would recommend Neil and use him again.

Highly recommend. It was so simple - they turned up, completed the job, cleaned up the mess and then contacted me when the job was finished. Absolutely no messing about - they just got on with doing the job and it looks great.

Immediate response to request for help (on New Year's Eve!). Roof and carpentry work undertaken quickly, effectively and with minimum disruption. Friendly and helpful service throughout.

I had a tile fall from our roof, so needed replacing. We got Neil to do the job and was very happy we did. Not only was his price very reasonable but he was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly. I will definitely use Neil again and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Neil was very quick and helpful, coming out on christmas eve to replace roof tiles. Neil also found time to repair a leak in the bathroom. From first phone call to quote and work being completed I found Neil very friendly and will be hiring him again.

Neil is a honest, trustworthy, tidy, friendly guy. Worked in a professional manner and timekeeping was spot on. He would work longer hours just to get the works done he was fantastic and I would 110% recommend to use this lovely chap you would not be disappointed! I've had kitchen refurb, two new bathrooms, extension, driveway, fencing, loft conversion and patio done over the time frame which was stated and I could've of been happier. Definitely calling Neil again to do more works in the new year :-)

Neil and Joseph were totally fantastic. Friendly efficient and genuinely nice chaps. They have helped me so much and went above and beyond to repair a hole in my roof and a broken fence. Without their help I would still be putting towels under the hole when it rained!!! I would recommend NW Building without hesitation. The Hero scheme is wonderful and I cannot thank you all enough. I have highly recommended N.W. Building Services to many of my friends and families. It is great to find a honest tradesman who's work is at such a high quality standard and professional finish. Both my bathroom and kitchen has been newly refitted and it looks superb. The tiling is also very neat. Neil arrived promptly each day and made sure he kept his work area clean and tidy everyday. I am very happy with the works and budget and will definitely call Neil for future.
