Neil is simply brilliant; a great communicator, honestly priced and great at his job. We have been so pleased with our extension and would not hesitate in recommending Neil to anyone who is unsure who to trust.

We hired Neil and his team on the basis that he was one of only 9 builders to offer references who we could actually speak to, and visit to view his work. Also Neil provided a comprehensive quotation which broke down into individual items. No other quotation we received had such detail. Once hired Neil gave a contract with the price agreed and an agreed staged payment plan for the course of the works. The only extras on this price were those works we added. The build of the extension is without fault. Luckily for us there were no unforeseen problems and the build progressed smoothly. We added a couple of extras into the build which Neil took on board and completed without fuss. As he always says 'it's no problem'! Neil has built us exactly what we envisaged and then some. We are very very pleased with result. There is a detail in the work which is second to none. My wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending Neil for any job. It is so good to find an trustworthy builder after having our fingers burnt by a previous so called tradesman from Mybuilder.com.

Super extension! Thanks Neil, now we have an extra space with a fantastic looking kitchen. We have been told we have the best extension in the close. Neil is friendly, reliable and organised in his work. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The quote he gave us was reasonable and turned out to be great value. He kept us updated on the cost of any extra work which we added on. I would certainly recommend Neil to anyone and you will not be disappointed.

After extensive searching for the right builder to build my extension I can only say it was worth the while now having found NMW Builders. I would and have recommended this builder to anybody wishing to have any work carried out on their property. Neil and his team were BRILLIANT, I am not the easiest of people to please and would often change my mind but this was never a problem to Neil. He may not be the cheapest but for the quality of the work carried out definitely worth it. I know that I am not going to have any trouble further down the line. Neil was always punctual and very considerate of the fact that were still living in the house while work carried out, there was minimal amount of disruption or dust to contend with and he would often go that extra mile to make sure that I was happy. Neil would talk you through every stage and would keep to his estimation of time frame which resulted in a timely completion for this job. He uses good quality contractors. Neil proved to be reliable, conscientious, and trustworthy and I would have no worries of leaving him and his team alone in our house to carry out the work. The transformation to my property is BRILLIANT. Like many others I would say Neil is a great guy, hard working, capable in all building aspects, and I would have no hesitation recommending him as an excellent builder in any property. Neil completed this garage conversion into living area in 3 1/2 weeks of hard and regular work - brilliant! His quote was not quite the cheapest but, unlike others, was detailed and transparent. He consulted us on every aspect as the work progressed and thankfully ensured dust, dirt and inconvenience was kept to a minimum. He booked and worked in harmony with other contractors which resulted in the timely completion of the job. Neil proved to be reliable, conscientious, and trustworthy - my wife and I would have not worries of leaving him and his team alone in our house to proceed with the work. Put simply, I would 100% recommend Neil and his team (Bryan and Gary) after hiring them to build my single storey rear and side extension. Things started well as I was impressed with the detail of his quote and also the fact that he made sure I was confident that everything I wanted doing was included in the price. I found the quality of Neil’s work to be of a very high standard. He doesn’t cut corners and will go that extra mile to do a good job. The build proved to be tricky to begin with as construction began just as the wettest weather on record started. However, Neil turned up every day without fail and got on with the job as best he could given the conditions. Neil did a very good job of project managing, ensuring that important deadlines were met and when there were unexpected delays he rearranged the work to stay on schedule and ensure we were not inconvenienced as a result. He also dealt with my neighbours and their concerns over my extension very well leaving them both happy. I was constantly asking Neil questions about how things were going to be done and he was always happy to take the time to speak to me after I got home from work and keep me informed of progress. Last but not least I also found him to be trustworthy and a very nice guy!

I would fully recommend N.W.Building services 100%. As a novice, from the start Neil was extremely helpful with planning regs and recommending Architects etc. Once work commenced Neil and his team were professional, tidy and respectful at all times. Work was completed within the estimated completion time and they were totally trustworthy, considering they had access to my whole house whilst we were all at work. The standard of work was excellent, Neil is a perfectionist, he didn't cut any corners and would not complete anything he would not be happy with in his own home. The work was completed professionally and to a very high standard. Although a couple of unforeseen snags arouse (undue to N.W), they were dealt with quickly and efficiently, infact above the expected. I found the price to be extremely reasonable and the additional costs, due to unforeseen, was kept to a minimum. Would I recommend N.W to friends and family? Yes I have to 3 people. Would I use them again? Yes I have asked for a quote on another job. Apart from all the above Neil is a thoroughly decent and pleasant man! who would assist anyway he can. We would highly recommend Neil and his colleagues, they were professional, knowledgable, friendly and trustworthy. Neil was also a really nice guy - he gave good recommendations and quoted very competitively. He completed our roofing work efficiently always turning up on time and was also hired by our neighbour as they were really impressed with the work he was doing for us. Will always look to Neil any time we need work doing going forward.

I chose NW Building Services as I was very impressed by Neil's Plans for my loft conversion he gave a clear idea of how long the work would take and gave an amazing price, each day he arrived when he said he would and just got on with it he made sure there was no rubbish left around and each day insisted on hoovering It was great coming home from work each day and seeing the transformation from a dark dingy loft to a light spacious warm new room. Every part of the job was completed to a very high standard and the room looks better than I could have imagined. Neil is a genuine and honest guy who I would recommend fully and will be using again for any further work I need in the future , Many Thanks from a very happy customer..
