I have two separate flat roofs in my house (fibre glass) and due to recent weather and some poor workmanship previously I was having a leak in my house from both sides. Saab came to my house as agreed to give me a quote, he initially gave me a quote for exactly what I had asked for but also gave advise of where he thought the leak might be. He was very professional with it. came back two times to quote different works for me. Finally after me appointing him the price (which was reasonable) remained fixed and he undertook the works. Workers were very clean and protected my driveway completely. While he was there I had asked him to undertake few extra works, like replace the ceiling as it was stained with the leakage, he advised against it and said he will try and fix it by sanding and painting it and it worked. Saved me a lot of money rather than cutting installing new and then skimming, sanding and painting that. overall great experience. Already showed him what else needs doing in the house, waiting for a quote for those items. Most importantly a reasonably priced trustworthy person, who would give you honest advise and not con u for the money and only left after cleaning all of the mess from sanding the ceilings.
