Professional. Got job done quick. Left garage clean

I'd like to say a huge thank you to for your work today! I live quite far from my mum so organising work for her is always a bit nerve-wracking but your team have done a great job and she's very happy with the work! I would definitely recommend you to others.

A really good builder. He was very helpful and very efficient. Started on time and completed the job as he said.

Work carried out to time and budget. Quality of work looks that it has been done well.

Very nice people, A reasonable price for the Job , They arrived on time , finished the job the same day, And took all rubbish away , I would recommend them, And would use them again.

Great guy. Did a very good job at a reasonable price. Honest and experienced roofer which is not common these days. Highly recommended.

Having been a victim of a rogue builder, I was very nervous about hiring Saab to replace a large flat roof, however, it was the best decision that I ever made. He was polite, respectful to our family and home, he was clear about costs and the work that he would do. He takes great personal pride in his work and replaced our roof to a very high standard. His team came in on the first day and worked a very long day. They then completed the work by the afternoon on the next day. So less than 2 days to remove and replace a roof, as well as to tidy up afterwards. He is very experienced and added things like ventilation to the roof which we didn't have before, this had caused us to have condensation problems on a roof that was only 2 months old. His work and team are amazing, I have no trouble to recommend him. I hope he comes back to build our ground floor extension.

I endorse Nandha Construction as they provided me with best service and at the most completive price. The work under taken listed below. I had to re- roof the whole house, which included the side and back extensions along with Velux window in the main roof. Having reviewed a number of roofing companies, i engaged Nandha Construction, on bases of excellent reviews, honest advise given by Devendra ( Sab), who is subject matter expert on roofing. The whole project was efficiently managed by Sab who ensured all safety measures were under taken and i was kept informed. The main roof, including the Velux window, was replaced in a day. Sab had deployed a team of 10 roofers, so as to ensure quick completion of the main roof, minimize any damage to the content in my loft. I along with my neighbours were impressed by this feat. The Fibre-glass roof was also completed in a day, but Sab had to replace the double-glazed window above this roof as there was insufficient space for the water to drain. A new made to measure double gazed window was replace in 2 days. The low-pitched roof and the side extension roof were also completed soon after. The skip was picked up and the drive was cleaned. Sab revisited me again to ensure the i was happy with work and that there were no issues. All the work comes with 10 years guarantee, which is assuring. Thank you Sab, keep up the good work.

I was desperate for roofer to fix my leaks gutter valley yet couldn’t find roofer (within myBuilders site and offsite) who’s willing to work during the weekends. But Nandha was quick to come out to see me on Saturday morning despite his busy schedules and gave me a written quote within less than 2 hours. The next day, on Sunday morning before 9am, nandha and his team crack on with the remedial work of renewing the gutter valley and by Monday afternoon they have given me completely new gutter valley with 10 years guarantee. I’m very impressed with the quality of materials and the workmanship of Nandha Construction LTD. I would highly recommend Nandha construction LTD to everyone.

We hired Mr Nandha and his team for the replacement of three flat roofs using fibreglass and insulation, including fascias, guttering, and ventilation. Mr Nandha discussed the requirements of the entire project, confirmed the use of high quality materials, and offered recommendations for problem areas to prevent future roof leakage and to ensure that the roof will last for 20+ years. Mr Nandha and his team would arrive early and on time. They are highly professional and their work ethic is outstanding such that they would not leave until their goals had been reached. The team were polite, courteous, and friendly. They were also respectful of the property and all rubbish was cleared and swept leaving the place clean and tidy. This was my first time hiring Nandha Construction and I'm extremely satisfied with the workmanship and professional finish of the final product. I found Mr Nandha and his team to be trustworthy, skilled, knowledgable and I enjoyed conversing with them. I would highly recommend Nandha Construction Ltd with confidence for any building work, and I would definitely use them again in the future. A huge thank you for a well executed job and it was a pleasure to meet everyone.
