Klemend and his team carried out a high quality, professional job on what was quite a complicated, intricate bathroom refurbishment project in an old building and we are very happy with the finished project. Klemend was consistently on time and was attentive to queries when not on site. Klemend was pro-active in dealing with issues on site and was upfront when there were issues. We worked together on ensuring a high quality finish, and Klemend's clear attention to detail and craftmanship was used in a few areas including to detail a very nice window frame reveal and recess boxes in the tile finish. The project was completed on time, and to the pre-agreed budget. We would not hesitate in recommending Klemend to a friend. Chris

I Would 100% recommend Klemend to anyone that is looking for a competent tiler. I hired Klemend to tile my kitchen walls. He worked cleanly and efficiently. He showed up to the job on time and left my kitchen exactly the way he found it. I will be hiring him again to tile my bathrooms. He has done a fantastic job - could not be happier!

Klemend was great from start to finish. Very quick response and quote, then on arrival, he gave me 3 options to consider, 2 of which meant he would charge a lot less than the original quote. Very professional job overall and attention to detail. Mess was minimal and he cleared up well. Would reuse again and highly recommend.

Klemend responded quickly and provided good advice for tiling my ensuite. The work included tiling the floor, underfloor heating and installation of metro-style tiles to all the walls. The work was done to a very high standard, particularly the mitre finish to the window and recessed shelf. Very pleased!

I can't rate Klemend high enough. He was so easy and professional to work with from the start. He doesn't just get the job done, he helps you plan the best way to get there - a real consultant in what he does! We love our bathroom and, although we had some unforeseen challenges along the way, Klemend always stayed positive and worked to find a good solution quickly. Klemend is a highly skilled bathroom fitter. The bathroom he built looks amazing and the finish is perfect. We were lucky to find him on MyBuilder and I will definitely be using him again for any work in the future. The things that set him apart from most builders is his good communication and the advice he provided as the project progressed. Klemand recently refitted a bathroom for me. He is friendly and reliable and was onsite whenever he said he would be and stayed late to get things completed. He is an excellent tiler and his colleagues were all very friendly and competent. They tidied up each night before they left and were very careful when in the house. We encountered some issues along the way and klemand dealt with them swiftly and without fuss. I am planning to use him again for another bathroom and some outdoor tiling work.

We are really pleased with Klemend's work. He was most helpful in suggesting suitable grouting, and his work was top rate. He was careful, accurate and professional. The kitchen splash backs look really nice!
