Klemens is efficient, honest, friendly and excellent at his trade. Everything has felt very easy with him, his quote was in line with the other 3 I got, and he started just a week after I hired him. Work included stripping all walls/floor to the bone, re-tiling and plastering, installing extractor fan and electric point for mirror, and installing new three piece suite. I am now enjoying an absolutely beautiful new bathroom and the process has come with zero headache on my side. The few people he brought in at different points to help were also friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Klemens and his team to anyone who needs their bathroom refurbished.

I chose Klemend to tile the bathroom floor and ceiling and was so impressed by his work and knowledge then asked him to also fit the new shower, toilet and washbasin. All the work was finished beautifully - he is experienced, professional, and always wants to ensure the customer is happy with the work. Would definitely recommend him.

Klemend’s work was outstanding. In the end he carried out 2 tiling jobs for me in the house. The kitchen and dining area was 38m2 with wood effect tiles. Klemend expertly levelled the area, installed the electric underfloor heating (and continuously checked the resistance readings in the mats) then installed the tiles. He assisted and helped overcome any issues we had, which clearly shows his in-depth knowledge in his trade and the outcome was a seemless installed kitchen and dining tiled floor. The second job was a new bathroom in the loft space. Hexagonal floor tiles, which we also used for the splashback. Again Klemend’s setting out was exceptional, maximising full tiles with minimal cuts and the attention to detail was spot-on! You can clearly see Klemend’s expertise / commitment / pride through his work, he keeps his work area clean and tidy and would recommend him to friends and family every time. We have another tiling job in a couple of weeks and will definitely get Klemend to complete that one too.. Tariq

Klemend has just completed our newly refurbished bathroom. The job came with its challenges due to location, size and age of the bathroom. From my first meeting with Klemend I felt reassured that he was the man for the job .He provided honest advice and provided solutions. He is very accomdating and understanding throughout the works. I would highly recommend Klemend and will be rehiring in the future

Very pleased with the job from initial consultation to completion. Klemend was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, quick but thorough, and most importantly, genuinely wanted to ensure client expectations were met in the best way possible. Have now got him working on various other build projects instead of my original builder (including a complete bathroom overhaul) as he is easier to work with and does a great job.

Klemend has just completed our bathroom tiling (25m2 in total) and we couldn’t be happier with the finish and his attitude. He mitred the tiles beautifully around the window and has centred everything wonderfully. Everything was very well considered and nothing was a problem. I would/will definitely use his services again. He is truly a master tiler!

Klem has just finished a full refit of our bathroom - we love it and I would recommend him to anyone with a similar job. I am very happy with the work Klemend did for me. This involves mainly tiling the bathroom's floor and walls and the kitchen's walls. He did other things like fitting in the new shower door amongst others in order to make the bathroom complete and perfect for me. He prides himself on doing his work to the highest quality. He would never take any short cuts. This was a great benefit to me. Everything was followed through properly. I found him very easy going and very prompt on responding to text messages and phone calls. He is a good honest man. I hope to use him again in the future. I was very lucky to come across him.
