Klem was very helpful and his team worked hard towards my initial goal of the bathrooms. Although there were some minor leveling errors by Klem's team members, Klem was quick to address and resolve it. He was dedicated to achieving satisfaction from his cutomer. Overall my experience was positive. Personally, Klem is a great guy. If I have a next job, I will give it to Klem.

Really happy with the work completed by Klemend and his team. The tiles look amazing and were finished to a high quality standard for a fair price. He was able to start the work quickly and finished within a few days. I would definitely recommend him to others and I would use his service again.

Amazing job, went above and beyond to get everything done perfectly. Klem and the team dealt with every problem my house threw at them, with minimal fuss and had a solution for every problem! I was kept informed throughout and was given options on the final look on it all. Very friendly and fair. Won't hesitate to call them again for future projects. Klem and team have done an amazing job, transformed our downstairs. Hired Klem for tiling our downstairs but they were also able to do all the extras we needed - carpentry (trimming the doors, fitting skirting boards), electrics and kitchen fitting (moving kitchen unit, rewiring applicances and refitting). Tiling is perfect, the team was friendly, on time, reliable, and it was so handy being able to do the other jobs. They will be our first point of call for any future work.

Klem is a very professional & friendly tiler with plenty years of experience and this is shown in the quality of his work. He knows exactly what he is doing and I only have positive things to say about the tiling he done in our home. He tiled the whole ground floor including w/c about 48m2. I found him to be trustworthy, he doesn’t mess around or waste time, he gives good recommendations, starts on time as agreed and keeps you in the loop with how the work is going. I would not hesitate in giving Klem more work because I know it will always be completed to a high standard and that for me is very important in any tradesman. Thank you for getting the job done Klem we love our new tiles :)

Klem did an excellent job renovating two bathrooms in our flat, including turning an en-suite bathroom into a wet room and tiling the other bathroom. He was punctual, communicative and had great attention to detail, which is something that is often missing in our experience. The wet room in particular was a technically challenging job due to the size and location of the bathroom but Klem came up with great solutions each time there was an unexpected challenge, be it plumbing or tiling-related. Moreover, he provided us with regular updates on the progress of the works and was very patient and thorough in explaining and guiding us through the renovation process given our relative lack of knowledge about the matter. I would not hesitate to use Klem again or recommend him to friends and family for similar jobs.
