decided to try my builder after having had an unpleasant experience with a plasterer. yaz's quote was very competitive, he turned up on time and just quietly got stuck into the job. very little mess. no fuss or bother. have already discussed future jobs with him as more than happy

BRILLIANT! Yaz gave us a really fair quote, fitted us in exactly when we needed him, turned up on time, was really clean and tidy and did an excellent job, super finish. I definately recommend him and will be using him for future work myself too. Thanks Yaz, you're a refreshing change!

This builder "Yaz" communicated well with me all the time, he did carry out a free survey and quote for the job. Made an appointment to carry out the work and turned up exactly on time, same as before when he came to give me the quote. I spent all the time with him while doing the job and he seemed to appreciate my company, checked the job work just after his done it and it looks really really good and very well waterproofed, as the job was punting in a roof window that I had purchased, and very neat work with the slate tiles and the finish on the inside very good too. Was a friendly worker and charged a fair price. No complaints here, I would without a shadow of a doubt hire him again, and do recommend him.

Yez has done a fantastic job. The ceiling is smooth and finished to a very high standard. I couldnt ask for better workmanship. He was very helpful and totally honest. Apart from a brand new bathroom ceiling he left no clue that he had been at the house working. Everything was clean and tidy before he left. I will be definatly using Mr Meer again.

Very pleased with the work Yaz did. He was proffessional, arrived on time, completed the work to a very high standard, and left the place as tidy as it was before he arrived. He did the work quickly with no fuss, I would certainly use him again.

Yaz has done a fantastic job. His tiling was to a very high quality, neat and perfect. The advice and recommendations he gave were very honest and did not at any point exaggereate the amount of work that needed to be done, there were no extras and no fuss. He arrived everyday on time, and completed the job within the timescale. His painting, electrical and joinery was also very handy and did it all to an extremly high standard. I will most definatley be contacting Yaz in the future and without hesitation recommend him to anyone! He has become my builder for life! A very true, honest and genuine person, which can sometimes be very difficult to find with tradesmen. I thank Yaz for all of his hard graft and I was very pleased that he takes pride in his work and this a commendable quality which has most definately put my mind at ease. I had no problem parting with my money...it was worth every penny!

Yaz has recently completed a two storey extension for us which involved new garage, lounge, bedroom, bathroom and also some internal modifications to the rest of the house. All the work was carried out with minimal disruption and completed on time and within budget. The standard of work was excellent we didn't experience any problems. I would highly recommend Yaz and his team.
