Yaz is an extreamly competent builder and plumber. He has fitted us a complete new ensuite including a shower, sink, toilet and radiator into our bedroom where previous wardrobes were (needing all new pipework and studded walls) my wife and I are more than pleased with the finished result. Yaz completed the job from start to finish without any problems what so ever within the time estimated and the fair price quoted. Yaz is now half way through fitting us a new bathroom, which is looking superb.... Could'nt recommend Yaz highly enough, so pleased we found him, Thanks Yaz.

Couldn't recommend more highly. Exceptionally punctual and did a extremely high standard of work. We had a new front door fitted and it was a tricky job as it needed cutting to size but the finished door was fantastic and completed really quickly at a very fair price. 10/10! Found ourselves a great tradesman, thanks! :)

Yaz was friendly and professional. He finished his work off to a really high standard. He did plastering, building and joinery work for me and all look great. Many thanks, I would definetly recommend yaz and I would definetly use him again.

Yaz (MPM Builders) and Kevin (Mr. Brick) have done an excellent job for me. I was planning to convert the rear-side of my garage into a ground-floor toilet plus shower. But given the layout of pipes in my house, getting the plumbing right was always going to be tricky. All the builders I had spoken to earlier were extremely unsure of how to go about it. Yaz and Kev were confident from Day 1. They advised me on the approvals required and how to approach the council. Their charges were reasonable and they agreed upfront on a milestone based payment schedule. They worked diligently in a systematic manner and completed the work within the estimated time. I was quite amazed at their resourcefulness - they always had a Plan B ready when things went wrong. A month after completion, I suspected a leakage in the bathroom and called up Yaz. They came the very next day - though it turned out to be a non-issue. But to me, it showed their commitment to the customer. Even after trying hard, I cannot think of anything negative about them. A couple of improvement opportunities: - The gas-certified plumber whom they had brought was too full of himeslf. He was more interested in getting business for himself rather than completing the work. - It will be helpful if they can finalise the mode of payment (cash/cheque etc.) upfront. I have referred them to a close friend and would highly recommend Yaz & Kev to anyone who wants to get some building work done.

Yaz came round for a quote and started work the next day. The two guys are polite,got stuck in straight away and are punctual. Yaz gave me some sound advise what to look for on my next project i have in mind. I would have no hesitation to use them again. Thank you :-))

Yaz was very friendly & did a wonderful job tiling by bathroom & fitting an electric shower. The price was reasonable & would be happy to recommend him.

did a good job but wish he could take away all the old kitchen carbinets away as well as rubbish. Council refused to take collection as it is classified as commercial waste as I am hiring private company to renovate my kitchen.

Great work carried out. Yaz is professional, polite and above all is excellent at what he does. I would certainly recommend him to anyone else. He completed the job in the estimated time frame and is very tidy in his work. Great Builder!
