    Reproportioning bedrooms
    Happy with Yaz’s job in reproportioning 2 HMO bedrooms. Will definitely hire again in the future.

    Create new room and install WC
    Yaz did a fantastic job of dividing a double bedroom into two, installing a new toilet; repointing one wall below roof. The Quality of plumbing, plaster work were exceptional. Yaz is skilful, trustworthy and very nice tradesman. With that we asked him to replace all windows and back door, again he did a fantastic job. We now asking him to remove plaster of two walls, replace with plasterboard and skim them. We have given drawing and structure calculation to Yaz for quote of a two story extension at a different property; also recommended Yaz to two of our friends who plan to extend their house next year.

    Removal of internal wall

    Yaz was great. Good communication, very efficient and easy to talk to. Job went smoothly & recommended to neighbours who had noticed how tidy MPM builders were. All at a competitive price, Double thumbs up! 👍👍👍

    Downstairs toilet and sink with outdoor plumbing
    Quite expensive for the job and less than 48hours after he had finished a pipe leaked just above where he was working. He did not come back to fix it. He fitted some boxing around pipes and behind toilet which was not straight and curves along the floor. Toilet and sink installed well with pipes hidden in the wall.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    When this job was completed the client stated they were happy with the work. As I recall they actually sent me a picture message of the room after they'd decorated it with the quote "wow". With regard to the leak I was asked to connect the hot and cold supplies to pipes that had previously been installed and the leak occurred on that section of pipe. I was contacted at very short notice by the client and was unable to attend as I was on route to hospital to visit my sick mother. I did however do my best to try to advise the client over the phone how to resolve the issue. As previously mentioned I received nothing but positive feedback from the client on completion of works so these comments have left me very confused.

    Remove old suite and fit new suite

    The job was completed in the set time and was finished to a great standard would highly recommend.

    Ensuite

    Couldn't recommend enough. He's done a fantastic job of our ensuite. Quality of plumbing and tiling exceptional, and he was super reliable - was here working hard every day until it was done. He was slightly higher in price than the lowest quote we had, but well worth the bit extra as you get a quality, trustworthy tradesman. Really nice guy too.

    Split 1 bedroom back into 2 with stud wall & new door

    Yaz was great. He worked hard and did the job in the specified time. He kept us informed of his progress and was really pleasant to work with. We are really pleased with the end result of our work. Would recommend.
