The job, all of my radiators were cold except one. He fixed the concern HOWEVER, as soon as he got one other radiator working he said job done. He didn’t even check the others. I insisted he did the rest. He would get another one working and repeat job done not even checking the other radiators again. He would touch them and say it’s red hot, I would touch it and it was absolutely stone cold. This went backwards and forwards for far too long. The two bedroom radiators got lukewarm/hot but cold at the bottom. He said it could be the trvs I said I didn’t think that was the case. I said let’s take one off another radiator and try it he said that’s a big job. (You literally unscrew them) He said the pins would be stuck so I unscrewed one and it clearly wasn’t as I excepted. I just felt like he was lying to me the whole time and trying to palm me off to get to another job who had been calling him frantically asking where he was. Eventually all radiators were working and I paid him in full.

They're expensive, but seemed professional and as far as I can tell they did good work. They worked very quickly, but the charge for labour was quite high.

Very efficient, and completed job quickly. However I found it pricey.

Job: Leak under bath Mo responded quickly and was friendly throughout. He diagnosed the issue and replaced a compression valve and waste pipe. However, when I tested the bath shortly after, water poured through the ceiling. I observed it was from the bath waste, which had disconnected. Mo returned the next day with a second operative and fixed the leak properly. I appreciated the follow-up, but just as he was about to leave, he requested an additional £85—despite my having already paid £245 the day before for “repairing a leak under the bath,” which hadn’t been resolved at that point. No mention had been made of further charges, and no new invoice was provided. Mo explained it was a “new job,” but in my view, it was simply a continuation of the original one. Overall, Mo was personable and resolved the issue, but the unexpected request for more money and the lack of clarity around pricing left me disappointed.

Efficient and hard working, arrived on time gave me a quote and repaired the leak the same morning. Ive had no issues since.

I recently had a disappointing experience with this company. Initially, I hired them to fix a leaking pipe. While the technician did complete the repair, he later informed me that I would need new pipes, which I wish I had known before the job started. Unfortunately, the same pipe began leaking again just a few hours after the initial repair. I called back for a follow-up, but the issue persisted. After a week, I sought a second opinion from another plumber who identified that the work was not completed properly. In the end, I had to rely on a different plumbing service, which successfully fixed the issue. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
