Arrived promptly, carried out the work quickly and efficiently and now have lovely warm counselling rooms!. Highly recommended

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this tradesman in the slightest and I would suggest that you avoid him. He was very unprofessional and seems to lie. At first he seemed very helpful and wanted to help with the job, but he never turned up to the appointment, saying he had a family emergency and was in hospital therefore had to cancel last minute. When I called later to see what was happening he shouted at me on the phone and told me I shouldn't call him. He has since refused to communicate with me at all when I have not even done anything wrong. Very strange behaviour indeed. I initially left him 5 stars and hired him thinking he was decent and reliable, but have since had to drastically change my review. I also note that I am not the only person who has given him a similar review. Avoid at all costs.

Identified the problem, resolved swiftly and effectively upon viewing to provide a quote. Saved his details, will definitely use them again
