    Gas boiler service needed
    Michael was very prompt in fitting the work in the day after I contacted him, even though the job was not urgent. Michael carries out the work quickly and to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

    Landlord Gas Safety
    Michael did 2 gas safety checks and service one of the boilers. He claimed to have left the landlord gas safety certificates at the properties which was not true. I have been chasing him for copies of the certifications for a week now with no luck. He’s not responding to my messages. I will have to get someone else to do the job. He was meant to go back to one of the properties today to repair a condensate pipe but he didn’t show up. Michael is a fraud. Once money has changed hands, he is gone. He scammed me of £250. Stay clear.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    this is an absolute lie, I left (by law & regulations) a landlord gas safety check certificate. 1 appliance in each property (boiler) arranged to go back the following saturday to fix a leaking condensate pipe & broke down on the way, while waiting for AA to come i dropped my phone getting out the van and by the time I've managed to get a new phone I'm a rogue tradesman. (although I competed the request) not to mention the fact that the job I was due to attend hadn't yet been paid for. meaning I failed to attend due to fait. I haven't scammed anybody. I never would. this feedback is off the hand lies and totally unwarranted.

    Move gas pipe from meter up into bungalow roof space
    Good communication and prompt arrival. Listened carefully to exactly what we needed him to do. Michael checked this was possible and then went to collect required materials. He worked carefully and tidied up as he went along. Completed the pipework as requested and then did a full boiler safety check and completed and provided a Gas Inspection record. We would certainly use Michael again, if needed.
