Hi Natasha, There seems to have been some confusion on both sides. I gave you a quote on 27th June 2022. But it was not until September that you messaged me to ask me to come and look at the job and measure up. The terms & conditions of my builder is that quotes are valid for 30 days. Therefore, I advised you that I would have to give you an up to date quote. As far as I was aware, I sent you an up to date quote via my builder in September. I did not hear from you so I assumed that you were unhappy with the new quote and you had decided not to hire me. It was not until I saw that you had left this negative feedback that I knew that there was an issue. It seems that you did not receive my new quote in September and I did not receive an alert that you had left me 2 messages on my builder. I always go above and beyond for my customers which can be seen in all of my feedback on my builder. I hope that you will agree to remove this feedback as it has unfairly negatively impacted my ratings. Of the 57 feedbacks received, this is the only negative feedback which seems to have stemmed from a misunderstanding. I am happy to resend the updated quote if you are still looking for a carpenter.
