Cracking job done by this chap, this the 2nd these particular floorboards/floor joists have been replaced ( first lot by other joiner ) due to penetrating damp. But now these have been treated and protected, so hopefully problem solved. He was only one that actually came round and gave quote, others did not turn up, or might come round when available.

A good job was done, sticking to the quoted price. Mark and his apprentice wery very friendly yet professional. This was done at a reasonable price. Let's hope the damp will not come back, but time will tell! The guarantee coming with it certainly gave us peace of mind.
