This is a tricky review to write and I'm only writing one because Douglas asked for one.
The quote was certainly the cheapest and some kind of work got carried out. (I was promised pictures of the work several times but have so far not received any) The work was carried out soon and quickly but during a time when we were at work which we had hoped to avoid. I was lucky that my boss let me nip out (twice) first of all to see if someone had turned up (which they hadn't when they said they would) and then to pay them for their work. Then, hours later, I got a message from Douglas saying he would be round later to collect the payment to which I replied that I had asked the workers who I should pay and one of them took my money. The same guy also said he would put an invoice through my letterbox which would be my 10 year guarantee which he didn't do.
Got a call from Douglas apologising saying the two workers would be contacted and I messaged again to ask what was happening but never heard from anyone again. An invoice was at some point put through my letterbox but on the invoice it says it's a 5 year guarantee instead of the 10 I was told via phone several times. Also during all the phone calls I had it sounded like Douglas would be out to do the job but two other guys were sent so all in all I can't really recommend this company as we certainly wouldn't use them again after this experience.
