Douglas came to look at the job on the same day as booking (within an hour) He had to come a day later than planned because of the rain but got the job done and took lots of photos. While he was here I mentioned another issue and he checked and fixed it there and then with no extra cost, even though he had to get his ladders back up and go back on the roof. He also advised us on decorating (ie to wait at least 6 weeks) to to make sure the walls dried out. He explained everything and gave us a 5 year guarantee. Would recommend and will use again

Douglas came round when he said he would. He did the repair and sorted out some other issues that needed fixing. I am very pleased with his work and the price was reasonable.

Douglas came out sunday morning to replace two slates near chimney stack ,also was kind enough to go next door to fix some loose slates ,price was very reasonably and would recommend.

Douglas responded quickly to my request to repair a leaking roof. He quickly identified the cause and provided a competitive quote, furthermore he identified other areas of concern that clearly needed to be done. The jobs were completed by him and his team, they were all very pleasant and did a nice job, plus provided a 10 year guarantee. So I’m very pleased with the result.

Good, thorough, great value job - also a job that many would not have taken due to the height of the house (and the storm force winds!). Turned up early (good) and worked quickly to resolve the issues. Made sensible recommendations for further work and kept us informed at all times. Will use again.

Douglas telephoned me as soon as I accepted his invitation. He came as arranged the following day, cleaned and sealed the gutters and provided documentation as requested within hours of completing the job.
