They came out to start the job the next day. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and professional. They were delayed due to bad weather and so came on the weekend to finish everything. He quoted me for the work and when I agreed with the quote, they did the work immediately. He was polite and not at all pushy . The repair was to two facia boards and the gutters cleaned out . Have been given a one year guarantee and he has promised if I have any more problems he will come back and sort it . Great clear communication, prompt response to calls or texts. All work was quickly completed with no hidden extras or additional costs. Cleaned up and removed all rubbish. Great lads who just get on with the job. I have a conservatory and they managed to do it without scaffolding to save me money.
