Came when he said he would and did a good job.

Good communications, with pictures and updates of the job sent throughout, fair price and what appears to be a job well done!

Needed work doing on gable end as a matter of urgency due to risk to passers by. In less that 24 hours from posting the ad on mybuilder, the work was done for a very reasonable price. After a quick assessment, they explained what needed doing and ensured I understood and was happy with the work once finished. Polite, and left area clean and tidy. Can't fault the service - would certainly use again.

Douglas was quick to contact me after posting the job, he offered advice on what work and materials were required. Communication was very good and he provided a very competitive quote. He was quick to schedule the work once i had made my decision and has completed the work a few days later. I was kept informed with what was being done and shown pictures at each step. All works done as was stated in the quotation with no surprises. All Pictures provided and work guaranteed. Very happy with the work done and would recommend.

Talked a good job , but quality of work very poor. Had to come back four times to re fit due to bad workmanship but never on the appointed time , full of excuses ,can’t recommend him

Can't thank Douglas and his team enough. After a month waiting to here back from other builders with no luck, I posted the job on here and within 5 mins Douglas contacted me. He quoted for the work over the phone at a very competitive price. He came to do the work 2 days after he quoted, which was amazing! He kept us in the loop at all times and when a full inspection was done, he also advised us on other work that needed doing, which in the long run has saved us having a new roof. Thanks again, couldn't recommend you enough and you will definitely be the first person we call for anything else in the future.

Quickly contacted and came out the next day to quote, job booked in for two days later, two lads Christian and Adam came to do the work, smart, polite lads, cracked on with the work, did a good job. Great communication from initial contact right through till after job was done.
