MBS Property Maintenance reviews (150)

We would have no hesitation in recommending Mel. He did a great job on our porch and we couldn't be happier. He just got on with the job without any fuss, he didn't complain about our dog barking at him constantly either!! We shall definitely be getting him back next time we have some work that we need doing.

Mel was brilliant, just fantastic. He turned up on time, was friendly & helpful. He came back when he said, kept to his quote....job done. We've already got him quoting for another job doing. Top rate, will be using him again. Very friendly.

This was the first time that I have hired Melvyn. I would be happy to hire him again. He worked without fuss and did a good job

Pleasant, efficient and competent. Mel did a great job and I would certainly employ him again for further work.

Mel was helpful and friendly. He completed work to a good standard for a competitive price including: tiling, laminate flooring, skirtings, painting and decorating, and kitchen fitting.

Mel is very personable and the quote for the work was very impressive and the work carried out was also as impressive. We where so impressed we have asked mel to do some other work around the house. I would recomend Mel to anyone that i know was looking for work to be carried out. Thanks.

A job well done. Came on time very tidy. Friendly guy. Would recommend. Having him do more work for us in the future. Good price.

Mel did a fantastic job tiling my kitchen. I would thoroughly recommend him and will definitely use him again to do other work. He is a very pleasant young man, courteous and punctual and his price for the job was very reasonable. We are well pleased.

This young and enthusiastic trademan had a genuine approach to discussing and carrying out the small repair needed to be made to my kitchen ceiling, and at a most reasonable cost. When i need some other repairs made to my property, e.g. fixing my leaking guttering, I will be contacting him first. [Customer - Ipswich Suffolk]

Just had the exterior refurbishment and redecoration of a property near Ipswich carried out by Mel from MBS, and both the client and I are very happy indeed with the result. The quoted costs were very reasonable and the end result within budget and time constraints: the works (which included guttering, window repair, painting and fabrication) were of the highest standard and Mel proved himself to be a totally competent and reliable contractor throughout. I'd have no hesitation in either awarding work to him again, or in recommending his services to another. Nice guy, very helpful, and goes the extra mile without having to be asked.
