Not happy with finished tiling.. tiles don't sit level on the wall

I am very happy with the standard of the work. Mel is easy to get on with, thinks around potential issues, is flexible and responds quickly.

Mel arrived when he said he would, and did a good job of putting up curtain tie back hooks, mirror, bracket etc. He was polite and courteous, and tidied up well afterwards.

I was not sure about using an unknown tradesman but as it turns out I need not have worried. I would definitely recommend and in fact plan to hire again for another job. Very polite and friendly communications. Work was of a high standard and completed as requested and on time. My job was not the easiest to do and was fiddly but nothing was too much trouble and I am very very pleased with the result. Would absolutely recommend to you.

Very pleased with MBS Property Maintenance service. Pleasant, polite, professional. As an interiors professional myself I rely on good local trades to get a job to completion. I needed a new kitchen door and door furniture (to closely match existing 10-year old doors) sourced, delivered and hung. Mel did such a good job sourcing and matching that it is hard to tell there are slight differences. I am very glad to have found Mel and happy to recommend him to others needing maintenance work in their home whether for painting and decorating to door hanging and more. Mel takes real pride in his work and it shows in the quality finish and the clean tidy way he works.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Mel. He did a great job on our porch and we couldn't be happier.
