This review was shocking to read. I want to start off by asking new and existing customers to read ALL my other reviews. Unfortunately the issues with Mr Vincent himself couldn't be resolved after numerous communications and step by step explanations to the properties faults. After coming to complete the inspection at the property I returned to complete the remedial work as agreed, however I came across another fault that was not there whilst inspecting the property in which it was a C2, whilst at the property I made Mr Vincent clearly aware of this, the fault had to rectified in order to get a pass EICR report. After making direct contact with the landlord we were able to resolve this without Mr Vincent, all works were completed and paid for directly with the landlord herself. I can understand given the position of Mr Vincent as lead communicator feeling annoyed about this. Mr Vincent you have taught me to be respectful and professional in any given situation no matter how difficult and rude a customer can be. I am proud of MB electrics for being professional and completing the works promised. I can understand you are annoyed as this was resolved without you, it was solved by myself and your lovely landlord. Mb Electrics core values have always been honesty and clear communication.
