Let down at the last minute after arranging time off work then did not return my callAnswer from tradesperson:
Hi, I did call you first thing in the morning to inform you that my son was ill and that I had to take him to the Drs before calling to the job. At this point you was very rude and impolite to me saying how much of an inconvenience it was for you. Once again I do apologise for this but as a 7 year old boy, as previously communicated he does need to be looked after when ill. A short while after this call I noticed that the job was reposted and accepted by another joiner. After you had communicated with him, you then tried to call me back probably as all my prices are normally at a very reduced rate when compared with others. Due to this I feel that I can't take on any more work for you as the client. Regards, Mark

He was honest and up-front about the cost and completed the job quickly and efficiently. It was a joy to come home and find the rotting bathroom walls and floor looking clean, fresh and safe again.
