    Accurate quote given immediately and work completed within days, so very happy as job was urgent. Mark very knowledgable and able to do excellent repair with minimal disruption. Would definitely recommend and hire again. Thanks Mark.

    Door hanging

    Mark was on time and very professional with an excellent work ethic, he had the job done with no fuss and kept everywhere clean and tidy. Very happy with the finished result and I will definitely use him again.

    thought expensive and came to do job immediately, felt railroaded.

    I am sorry to hear that you was disappointed. When I originally contacted you I did state the price and you agreed to go ahead as soon as possible due to you being unable to walk up the stairs. I took this as confirmation that you was happy with the price and start as at no time did you mention anything to me? It was nearly a month later when you posted this and I'm quite upset that you didn't speak to me in a first instance in order that I may try to rectify the situation. As for the price, £150 to supply and fit a back rail to all of your bannister, re-fix all of your bannister both with a chemical adhesive and masonry fixings, supply and fit handrail brackets, a days labour, all on a bank holiday Monday is a very competitive price

    Fanatic guy, work is brilliant got the job done in a few hours, very helpful and reasonably priced! Will be using him again any other jobs we need doing in the future, highly recommend

    Porch Support

    Very happy all round with this job. Mark was quick to see the job and provided a reasonable quote. He kept to his timings and kept up good communication. I think it is a reflection of the job he did for us that we will definitely use him again in the future.
