Marian was a fantastic contractor to use. I used him to install an AC unit into my house. From the word go, I had a million questions. I think I must have called him up 10 times, and he answered every question patiently and kindly. He gave solid advice, and told me where he could buy the AC unit from. I picked the model and he paid for it. He kept in constant communication with me the whole time, and was able to advise on the electrics I needed, so I booked in an Electrician accordingly. On the day, he turned up on time, and did a great job. I was blown away with him as soon as he walked in. He came with a colleague and they covered the whole of my bedroom so no dust would go on my bed, or on my floor etc. This alone showed me how professional he was. The job was a long job as advised, he told me it would take 8 hours and he completed in 7 hours. There were no problems and everything was done to a high standard. My Dalkin AC unit works like a dream and with a house as hot as mine, I really need it! He tidied up after the job and hoovered too. All in all, a very good experience, and I would definitely hire him again. His price was very affordable and he knew exactly what he was doing. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Good communication before the work started gave me confidence that these guys knew what they were doing. Happy to consider alternative options and give me their opinion so we were agreed on what work would be carried out. On the day, clean and efficient in the decommissioning of the old boiler and installation of the new one. I had to work from one of the rooms in the flat writing reports and was pleased that the engineer didn't take it on himself to just put a radio on. Little things like this matter. I suspect that the work took longer than expected as it was well into the evening before all the tests had been completed but from my point of view I was happy that the job was completed in one day as planned. I am now in possession of a nice Vaillant boiler with a 10 year guarantee, a thermostat that I can control remotely to minimise waste and a new CP12 Certificate. And I also now have someone I can trust to do the annual service and gas safety check.

Marian and his team were fantastic, we are very pleased with the final result. They ended up redoing a large part of our flat including kitchen, bathroom, flooring, painting, etc. Marian was helpful and very responsive and was most accommodating to any changes we made. We would definitely use them again and can highly recommend them to anyone!

It was an absolute pleasure hiring Masper Build Ltd. From the very onset, Marian was very professional, arriving promptly to assess the work required. He quickly assessed that we did not actually need inspection hatches (as the flat already had these) and advised us accordingly. We ended up employing Masper Build’s services to carry out Gas safety inspection and to install an electrical smoke alarm at the property. These tasks were carried out promptly and professionally the following day . We were kept updated throughout. Great communication. His quote was very reasonable. We will certainly be using his services in the future. Highly recommended.

I needed a kitchen refit for a rental property and it was a pleasure working with Marian (Masper Build). From the quoting for the job to the completion of the work, the whole process was smooth. Communication was good and Marian kept to his original quote. I would highly recommend Masper Build and would use them again.

Excellent. Cannot speak highly enough of the service the team provided. Always arrived on time, were polite, hard working and had very good attention to detail. We were so pleased with the kitchen fit that we ended up asking the team to do tiling, install fire doors and various other jobs. One poster mentioned the team couldnt do enough to help and i definitely noticed this with small but appreciated adjustments here and there whenever we asked. They also worked late when needed to ensure the job got finished. Big thanks to Marian, Peter, Dorian and team. Will definitely use them again (and again).

Marian and his team were overall excellent to work with. Strengths were: good quality of final work, good communication throughout and fair pricing when discussing changes to original plans. The original job was refurbishing a bathroom: taking out a bathtub, installing new tiling on the floor and walls, making a shower with a linear drain (no tray), installing a glass enclosure, changing the mirror and extractor and finally repainting the cabinets and walls. This job was perfectly done. When building, there's always findings that change the original plan but Marian always explained everything in simple terms and consulted me on how to proceed. We also installed a pump and water softener both for the bathrooms and for drinking water. This was also well done. On top of this, we asked them to fix a wall (covering cabling and relocating plugs), paint most of the flat walls and ceiling, installing a smart thermostat and other small details. Marian and his team were always on time and worked well. Marian always consulted us with any questions and recommended how best to proceed. There were also changes to the original quote but these were discussed in advance and agreed. All the jobs were done with a good quality and in the time-frame discussed. I’m overall really happy to have picked Masper Build and would recommend to work with them. If I decide to do more work at home, I will ask Marian and his team.
