Marian and his team did a fantastic job on our bathroom. We absolutely love it - Marian was always on hand to offer advice and made sure we were happy every step of the way. Their prices are really reasonable - we got a few quotes which differed massively and Marian was cheaper than most...this however did not impact the quality of the finished product. Very impressed and highly, highly recommend for anyone looking for a builder. 5*!

Hello Marian and the team were outstanding. My project was a full bathroom refurb aswell as drying out a bedroom wall and painting two rooms. What I liked was that we spoke clearly about expectations before the project and Marian didnt finish until everything was truly completed. He also was great at providing advise given his extensive experience. I would recommend the team to friends and will certainly be using his services again. Given that I am very busy I also appreciated the teams flexibility and the fact I could leave the keys and didnt have to worry about anything.

Marian and his team have been excellent from day and have provided us with the new house which is totally transformed .We started with the baths but end up doing the full refurbishment of the house. Marian has been involved in the project personally and really provided attention to detail including ensuring protection to all areas from start, timely arrival of operatives and product quality in general . MASPER builder even took into consideration the extra works given to them on time to time and still completed the project in record time .I work in the construction industry and based on the finished product , I will personally recommend them and will use them again for sure .

Masper did a good job on my home air conditioning install, tidied up after themselves, gave warning when the power was to be out and was able to complete the job as planned and on time. Will be potentially using them again for more work on the house.

They done a fantastic job on my concrete base for my shed , finished within one day , everything nice and level how it should be . They left no rubbish behind , all cleaned before they left . I was keep checking on them which they didn't mind and they didn't get offended like some builders do . I would definitely use them again .

I'd a terrible experience and would certainly not recommend. He did a shabby laminate floor fitting and fitted a six panel door upside down!! The laminate flooring has started to swell as there is not enough gap left around whilst fitting for natural expansion, and he not even bothered to refit the door!. In bathroom, he didn't commission the plumbing works properly and didn't bother to check the water pressure on shower. When we raised that water pressure in shower is not good, he argued and gave all kinds of excuses (whereas the water pressure was perfectly fine in kitchen and basin taps). He said we need to fit new water pump when actually it was debris in shower fittings which was the cause of less pressure and forgot to clean them!. Contacting him for last few weeks to fix the errors done by him but he is not responding despite signing a contract. He would appear to be professional but is quite opposite and very temperamental.

Job completed as specified in time. Finish was good quality with no leaks
