Mark was super professional and did exactly what we wanted. Time scale and cost all stuck to. Would definitely recommend Mark and use him again in the future.

Great work, now ask him for all plumber jobs

Where do I even start. Firstly he came to my house to see the job and then later in the day gave me a price. Start working the next day and later in the day said I need more money to finish the job or I’ll leave the job. Foolishly I gave him the money. Constantly swearing and shouting whilst working. Once he said he finished which he didn’t he kept asking me for money. As he kept asking for money I gave him it. He then went onto say the toilet he had fitted is leaking and that was not his job. I later called another plumber who informed me that whoever fitted it did a completely wrong job. He started blaming the toilet was broken when it wasn’t. He then left my house whilst I was asking when he can come back to fix the toilet. He never came. He did me dirty not just once for asking more money for the job he had already quoted but also waited for me to pay him to tell me there was a leak in the toilet and “it wasn’t his job”. Never have I experienced such bad tradesman or a very untrustworthy one. I have got done my whole house and only he has been this bad. Even if I was broke and I needed work doing And he offered it for free I wouldn’t call him out. It is very important that you people take note of my comment and stay away from this person. He did all the fixing in my bathroom. All which will need doing again and I’m £400 down.
