Prompt response and job well done.

Mark gave me an estimate for the job by viewing the photos I had uploaded and came out the very next day to fix the leak. The job was more complicated than he (or I) had imagined as there were a couple of leaks from different points in the system. However, Mark stuck to the initial estimate and did not charge more than he had quoted earlier, even though the job turned out to be more complicated. He completed the job competently and fixed the problem. Would absolutely use his services again.

Mark was great at doing a partial bathroom refit for us. Very professional and tidy. Did all the work in one day. We’ve always had problems with previous baths ‘sinking’ away from the seal but this new one is solid as a rock. Would recommend to anyone. Very reasonably priced and all our old parts were taken away and all mess tidied up.

Mark was available to do the job very quickly and his quote was very competitive. He was punctual and was very helpful in sourcing some fittings that I had overlooked. He installed the sink and fittings in a professional manner and cleaned up at the end of the job. I would certainly employ him to carry out any further plumbing jobs and would recommend getting a quote from him.
