We couldn’t be happier with the bathroom Lucian created for us, it’s genuinely our dream space. The job involved a full overhaul: moving plumbing, repositioning the toilet, bath, and sink, building a stud wall for a shower niche, and tiling both the walls and floor. Lucian approached every element with care and precision, from the perfectly mitred tile edges to the beautiful finish throughout. What really stood out was his attention to detail, good humour, and how much pride he takes in his work. He listened to everything we wanted and brought our design to life even better than we imagined. It’s rare to find someone so easy to work with who also delivers such high-quality craftsmanship. I hired Lucian for a full refurbishment of my kitchen and master bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. His pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden surprises or extra fees (which in itself was a surprise!). Before providing a quote, he took the time to visit the project and thoroughly understand what was needed - He offered guidance and advice, sharing new perspectives and suggesting different (better!) options I hadn’t previously considered. His attention to detail was outstanding and it really shows in the final results. You name it — Lucian can do it. He handled every aspect of the job himself, including the rip-out, carpentry (with custom-built units), electrics (including a custom LED setup), plumbing, and tiling along with everything else! Lucian’s professionalism was exceptional — he was always punctual and often offered to work Saturdays to keep the project moving quickly. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, regularly asking for my input on design decisions and patiently answering my questions. His clear communication ensured I felt involved and confident in the work being done, which was especially important as I’d had bad experiences with other builders in the past. The pride Lucian takes in his work was evident, especially since he documented the entire process on his Instagram. The quality of his work was so impressive that I’ve kept him on to renovate the entire downstairs of my home. If you’re looking for a multi-skilled, reliable, and hardworking builder who delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Lucian. It will be the best decision you make for your project.

Tiled my kitchen floor, and I’m extremely pleased with the results. Completed the job a day earlier than expected, all communication was very clear. What can I not say about Lucian. First things first, his sence of humour is second to none. A brilliant contractor with years of experiance who managed to turn my outdated and poor state bathroon into something amazing and also managed to finish ahead of time. He was super communicative at all times and super puntual. I managed to negotiate a very decent price (for the times of today) by willing to accept some caviats in return. I was able to allow him to work freely by moving into my brothers and at all occasions he keeped my informed with photos and videos showing me at all times his progress. Super trustworthy and in the future I hope to take on his services again and I would suggest to anybody reading this to consider it too.

Lucian did an excellent job installing underfloor heating and tiling in my home. His experience clearly showed in the quality of his craftsmanship—everything was done to a high standard with great attention to detail. He was also friendly and approachable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, his pricing was fair, offering great value for the quality of work provided. Simply put, Lucian is the best tradesman I have had the pleasure of dealing with. It started off with a very punctual arrival to give a quote. The quote was by far the most detailed that I received. Clearly broken down and stating exactly what materials I would need to supply. Once a start date was arranged, he turned up exactly on time. His quality of work is exceptional and his cleanliness is above and beyond. Add to that hes a very friendly guy. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his work. A proper tradesman.

Lucian did a superb job on my kitchen tiling all round the hob and in fiddly under cupboard areas. Lovely neat work, very professionally done. I'm very happy with the work.

We were unable to work with Lucian due to conflicting dates, but even when he knew this to be the case he went out of his way to help us and send a quote which we needed for our insurance anyway. Was very nice of him to do that as we didn't want more people in our home than absolutely necessary during the pandemic. So he kindly agreed to quote despite knowing he couldn't do the work on the dates we wanted.

Lucian did an incredible job at laying my floor. Firstly it was done with short notice so I was very thankful for Lucian’s quick turnaround. The reason why I hired Lucian was because of his great communication; he’s funny, kind and considerate and as a woman I felt safe which I think is important to say if there are women choosing services here. Lucian sent a video each day with an update, and remained contactable throughout. He made sure everything was left tidy and clean at the end. Lucian also made suggestions on which products to get which was incredibly useful. I will definitely hire Lucian again; you can tell he has a great eye for projects and has a multifaceted skillset.
