Lucian was great to work with, he gave a very clear breakdown of costs and timings to remove and refit my bathroom units. The quality of the work was really good and the flat was left tidy and clean after. I would definitely recommend working with Lucian.

Lucian did a great job in our bathroom and completed the work efficiently and to a high standard. He overcame unforeseen problems and made some good suggestions regarding the final finish. Always punctual he worked hard to get the job done quickly to minimise any disruption. Highly recommended.

Overall it was a very positive experience. Lucian agreed to do the job in the next two days from us putting the ad on my builder and this is what we needed. He worked very hard and completed the job of laying our engineered wooden floor with acoustic underlay and beading within one day and we are very pleased with the result.

Lucian and his team did a complete flat refurbishment for me. From quote through to completion, I found them to be professional, friendly and competent. The job was full refurbishment of a flat I purchased before I moved in. This included a full bathroom refurbishment, installing a new kitchen, a new floor, radiators, electrical work, some internal structural work, decorating etc. When I got the quote, Lucian wasn't the cheapest, but it was clear he had thought through the job a lot more than the others, so I went with him. I was very happy with my decision. Throughout the project, Lucian was very well organised and communicated very well. On top of everything else, he project managed me as well, to make sure I was ordering everything on time and nothing was held up! Where unexpected problems showed up, as they do in work of this nature, he came up with creative solutions, and stuck to budget. The only place we deviated from the original quote was when I asked for extra pieces of work. Lucian and his crew are friendly, very reliable, and produce very good quality work. Hire them!

Lucian and Brad did a fantastic job! We invited them to quote for a complete re-fit of our bathroom, but ended up also getting them to renovate two additional rooms in our Victorian terraced flat (including internal structural work, plastering, electrics, plumbing in new radiators and all painting/decorating). And we were so glad we did - the work is really high quality and they were easy and friendly to work with. Our flat is completely transformed. Would definitely recommend.

Lucian and Brad did an outstanding job. Firstly let me say they are really nice, friendly, straightforward guys who genuinely want to do a great job - even our dog loved them! Throughout the whole process I felt that I was in safe hands and that the final product would be beyond our expectations. As far as the work, their first priority is to exceed your expectations. In our case, they dealt with a number of problems and challenges they couldn't have foreseen before they started and dealt with them without drama and within budget and the quoted time frame - this meant working late and through weekends on more than one occasion - never once did we have to ask or did we hear any complaint. They gave good advice and kept us informed of progress throughout, even helping us choose some products (e.g. underfloor heating). It is also worth saying that they work neat - I think our house is tidier now than when they arrived - every evening before they left they would tidy up and mop anywhere they thought dust might reach. Overall, we are delighted with our new on-suite and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone - especially if you value attention to detail and a team that you can depend on. Great job.

Very professional and friendly. Lucian and Brad have a thorough understanding of bathrooms and they made our not quite straight walls look straight with the tiles. We had a complicated shower bench with a walk in shower glass pane. Lucian came up with the best solution for this problem. I highly recommend Lucian and his team.

We are extremely happy with the job that Lucian and his team did for us. We had a complete bathroom overhaul with a new bath, sink and shower and new floor tiles. It took three weeks, which is exactly what they'd predicted it would take. The tiling of the walls and floors was excellent and it is clear that Lucian is something of a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want from someone doing work for you! We had a what's app group to communicate about deliveries and missing parts, which was very useful. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Work was done quickly and to a high standard. Lucian was happy to offer helpful advice/suggestions/opinions without being pushy about it, and was very patient in the face of repeated issues with the suppliers. Would absolutely hire again in future.

Lucian and his team did a great job installing our new wood floor, knocking through a wall and upgrading our kitchen. They were reliable and hard working and finished the job on time and within budget. They were very flexible and accommodating when we needed to change things or added work to the scope. In particular, we ordered the wrong oil for the floor and they went and picked up the correct one for us. In addition to the floor, they installed a new worktop and tiled the kitchen. They did a good job with this and I am very pleased with the finished result. They were friendly and polite and were a pleasure to work with. Lucian would always check with us before making decisions and gave good advice on how to do things. I would definitely recommend Lucian to my friends as he got the job done efficiently and skilfully and I will be hiring him again for future jobs.
