Lawston and Kane were excellent from start to finish. Clear communicators, hard working, good price and quality. I'm very happy with the bonding and plastering they did for us.

Hired Lawston Collins for the job. A total of 55sq meters of ceiling and 60 sq m of walls. I am very pleased. The result is fantastic. Highly skilled plasterers and highly recommended. Thank you so much.

Had a job that I didn’t want to do myself and at the last minute posted the job. Lawston was quick to quote and came the next day to price the job and we agreed a price. The guys came a couple of days later and job done. Very pleased with the work and the crew who attended were very professional.

Lewis and his team did a great job completing my requested plastering and painting job at short notice. The work carried out was to a high standard (Harry was particularly conscientious with the decorating) and their effort to complete the work within a tight timeframe was greatly appreciated. The price of the work was very competitive and each day they left the property tidy and were very courteous to deal with at all times. We would recommend their services for anyone who needs renovation services whatever size at their house and who appreciate tradesmen who are responsive to the customers needs. Lewis and his team completed the job to a high standard and I got him to do some additional work too. Finish looks very nice and the acrylic render will last for a long time. Did a good job cleaning up too to avoid any mess on my patio.

A great experience - thank you. Work began two days after I confirmed the quote, and was completely promptly and to a high standard. The plastering required careful handling as it was refinishing a recently renovated bathroom - not a single drop of mess was left. Both the master plasterer and apprentice were highly trustworthy. I was comfortable to leave the property and let the team finish/lock up, and was delighted to see the quality of their work. I had several questions and was specific in my requests; the team gave sound, honest, informative advice and were not patronising. I’m very pleased, have recommended to friends, and will use again.

I am happy with the job and would recommend him. This was a relatively small job but tricky: we were removing a wooden structure above a bay window to restore the area to its original state and reveal the actual ceiling again. So it was not clear what we would have found under the wooden structure once it was removed. We found a steel beam which ran across the room and was itself covered in a wooden case. But although there were a couple of surprises/challenges, the carpenter assigned to the job was flexible in his approach and came up with solutions to make the area look nice. After the plaster and paint were dry, he returned to my house and kept at it until I was happy with the final result.

I am very pleased with the work the Lawston and his team have done. They did a very good job within a good timeframe. Lawston was very professional and not pushy or opinionated in anyway. He gave me honest information for me to make my own decisions. As a single women, this is very different to experiences that I have had in the past with male tradespeople. I would be very comfortable in using Lawston again in the future.
