An excellent job done done to a chimney in a bad state. Workers were courteous and professional. Following this I employed them to re-roof my house, which had net had any major work since 1877. This was done to a high standard. Very pleased with Leighton and his team and would certainly recommend them to others.

My job was to repoint a chimney and replace the guttering with cast iron. This was for 4 terraced houses, 3 of which are in my family. Leighton gave me a quote which was slightly cheaper than one of the others. He seemed ok so I hired him. Leighton kept me informed about the scaffolding going up and as soon as the scaffolding was up, Leighton and his 2 guys came to do the work. The 2 guys were friendly and worked hard. Leighton inspected the roof and told me that there was a gap in some of the tiles and some flashing needed replacing. This extra quote was high. The neighbour also had some extra work done on his roof for which he thought the quote was excessive. But as the scaffolding is up, the work has to be done. The work was complete on a Saturday when Leighton wasn’t around so he didn’t inspect it. I had a look on the Sunday and noticed a few broken tiles. I took some photos and sent them to Leighton and he said the guys would come back soon. He didn’t want to inspect the work but after asking him he did pop by before the tiles were fixed. The guys did return and it looks ok now. He asked the neighbour for the money before the work was done. I think Leighton should think more about customer care and the finished product.

Leighton and his lads absolutely fantastic turned up on time lovely job done to my chimney the flashing and a cowl put on top and fixed a loose tile for me too whilst up there.... very clean workers cleared everything very polite 👌 very reasonable too. the guys came round, gave me a reasonable quote, got the job done, tested to see if the leaks had been fixed, all good up till now, just waiting for a downpour to see if the job was 100% successful. Cleaned up after themselves and told me to ring back if required. Recommended.

Job was done, mess cleared up. The final word is now with the weather!

He arrived on time and day found more faults rang to tell me offered to fix while he was on the roof so all in all would use again

Work was completed to a high standard and they worked really hard right up until the evening. More issues with the roof were identified than we thought however, it was all resolved the same day. This was communicated throughout and photos were taken before and after of the areas they worked. They also cleared the guttering for us. Friendly and professional. Thank you.

Leighton gave an honest assessment of the work required both for the initial quote plus two further pieces of work uncovered when his team got started. The team worked hard, tidied up after themselves and were a pleasure to deal with. Very happy with the end result including a guarantee on the work completed.
