I don't generally leave negative reviews and am happy to revise it if the work is finally completed, but this is objectively a poor piece of work - as a minimum you would expect a roof to cover the building, but the bottom corner of this roof falls short. I've had a number of promises that they will return to compete it, but after five weeks of no-one turning up when they say they will I have run out of patience

Happy with the roof and the work the lads done, a few issues with the scaffolding company but Leighton went above and beyond to get us scaffolding so the work could get started, a nice team of lads

Pointing up ridge tiles and chimney. Pleased but the big test is when we have a good down pour.

Never again will I use them. I told Lathan the main problems wanting the whole roof and garage roof repointed. Everywhere. After the fist day, he said he had not included the gully repointing in the quote. He also said he never included getting all the moss off the roof and using an algae side killer which I told him to include on the quote. But he didn't and I was so busy at work, I didn't check the quote properly. So in the the end I had to fork out and extra £400 to repoint the gully and getting up on the roof scraping off all the moss to reproof it. All mess was supposed to be cleaned up, but no, they just left big bits of mortar and bits of moss in the gutters. Another day to reclean the gutters so they didn't block up the downpipes. Honestly, so much stress and renegotiating, and the mess, I hope never to have to call him out for any warranty work. I would recommend Phil who was the head worker but one of the other young chaps just wanted to get home standing around watching.

Highly recommended! We needed a valley replacement on our roof and they made the whole process really simple for us. We have other issues with our roof which they made us aware of but there was no hard sell, just genuine guys and very hard working. Will definitely have them back for future jobs.

I had some tiles come adrift on the gable end of my property, I approached Advanced Roofing, the job was done efficiently, and without any mess or fuss, highly professional, and very competitively priced. They're also coming back in the New Year to remove an old chimney, and repointing the ridge tiles 👍

Polite and friendly team, arrived as scheduled and worked hard, initially leaving site clean and tidy. Additional costs were added as job progressed which I refused as I was at my max budget, and these made quote uncompetitive (already expensive). Worryingly, repair work has not worked. My chimney still leaks. Photos below. I paid in cash to a personal account and I haven’t had a receipt or promised paperwork, despite following up, and now I can’t get through on phone to try and resolve. I’ll update if anything changes. Update - one week later returned to site, again polite and cracked on. Stated the flaunching needed to be done (was in my original job request). Have left the roof and chimney in an appalling state. I’m so fed up, pictures below
