Loui did a great job and went the extra mile with his supplier to ensure the correct part, as it wasn't easily identifiable to start.

Loui was a fast responder to our broken shower in the heatwave. He is prompt, courteous, professionally knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the fault and ordered parts immediately. 100% delighted and would definately recommend him.

Initially hired Loui to replace leaking radiator valves. The job ended up being bigger than we thought and our heating pump needed replacing and decided to install a magnaclean filter. A component of our boiler also needed replacing. On top of that We had our pipes flushed due to some radiators not heating up. What started out as a relatively small job we ended up having a number of things done. Loui and Paul were professional throughout the job and quoted a good price for work done. Will definitely go back to them for future jobs.

Loui is without doubt one of the most polite, trustworthy and professional workmen I've hired. His work is of fantastic quality and is able to solve issues quickly, he also offers his customer's great advice on the work he's carrying out. He installed a new sink and new surestop stopcock very professionally and cleaned up as he went along. I definitely recommend him as a reliable plumber and will be calling upon him for future jobs. Highly recommended. Loui fitted me in he same evening, gave a clear and honest explanation of the problem and fixed it all for a fair and very reasonable price.
