Loui is a decent, kind and helpful professional. He advised me about the Kitchen taps. Very punctual and reasonably priced.I would strongly recommend him for plumbing and heating jobs. It's nice to have known him. I shall use his services in the future happily.

If this was a competition for the best plumber/workmen I've had doing repairs/works at my property, Loui would definitively win the top price. Loui provided the best quote, and did an excellent job to identify the fault that Aqualisa had wrongly advise on. He arrived at the agreed time, constantly keeping me informed on the exact time of arrival. Very professional, calm, customer orientated and above all very attentive. Loui is one of those people who really takes the time to understand what you're looking for and then makes it happen. He explains everything very thoroughly (if you want to know) and finds great solutions. To say he goes above and beyond the scope is an understatement I was amazed to see the effort and passion he puts in to the job. Absolutely brilliant. The issue wasn't an easy one to resolve but Loui, with his perseverance, managed to fix it. He came back to the property the following day with a brilliant idea and got to the root cause of the problem. In all honesty, Loui is the best. We will undoubtedly calling on him again for the next project. And last, on a personal level, I'd say that he's also act with honesty, integrity and listen carefully to what we want. Loui did a terrific job installing a P-trap in my cupboard. Not only he made a high quality job, he also made some additional small fixes in my existing pipes in other parts of the house. All through the process, he was super nice and professional, gave me a reasonable quote and finished the job within a short amount of time. Will definitely use again for any plumbing job in the future.

OUTSTANDING. From the moment Loui turned up on site to give us a quote, to the moment he left, he and his team were outstanding. Calm, professional, customer orientated and above all attentive. Loui is one of those chaps who really takes the time to understand what you're looking for and then makes it happen. He talks you through everything (if that's what you want) and finds great solutions to those annoying problems that always come up. He's got an answer to every budget and can advise accordingly. To say he goes above and beyond the remit is an understatement - honestly, I was amazed to see the dedication he puts in to the job and he expects a similar dedication from his team who were all, frankly, brilliant. The project we hired him for was not a simple one but with a little of Loui's creativity and hard work we were thrilled with the outcome and will undoubtedly calling on him again for the next project. lastly on a personal level, I'd say that if you're someone who values honesty, integrity and a dash of great banter, hire him.
