Lethbridge Roofing reviews (120)

Terry, responded quickly and carried out the complete rainwater gutter works from enquiry to finish within one week - including some extra lead flashing works - quality of works are high. He is professional, friendly and experienced and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Terry & his young assistant were extremely efficient, thoughtful & pleasant in dealing with the dilapidated flat roof. Terry kept me updated on the day of their arrival which was delayed due to the weather & this was much appreciated.

Very professional from start to finish. Terry explained how the job was to be done and pointed out that additional work which another builder had highlighted as needing to be done was in fact not necessary. We had some inclement weather during the job but Terry kept us informed if they could not work. Very health and safety conscious and I was pleased to see a good quality tower erected. Would thoroughly recommend. The site was kept tidy daily and all the old materials were taken away at the end of the job.

Job all completed and roof all secure again. Very efficient service from start to finish and the newly placed tiles were a perfect match to the old ones, which i thought was quite impressive as part of the roof is quite old. Thank you Terrance and look foward to working with you again in the future.

Great service. Very easy to deal with. Thanks very much for the excellent work.

Terence came round within 2 hours of me shortlisting him. He assessed the work required and gave a competitive quote within 10 minutes. The job was done very quickly, with a four storey scaffold erected in a couple of hours on the Saturday and the slates replaced the following Monday. Terence noticed some additional work that was required that he completed for a small additional cost. In addition, he checked the roof and cleared the gutters for no additional cost. Overall, I was very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend thos firm if you're looking for a quick, professional job.

Work was done quickly, to a high standard and communication was clear throughout. I’d happily use them again and recommend them to anyone

Terry quoted a fair competitive price and did the job professionally. He also fixed a few slipped tiles for me without making a big deal out of it. I found Terry professional and a nice person to deal with. He fixed and sealed the leaks in the roof which were causing the dampness. Now we wait for the results to show in few weeks time as these things takes time before they show results. I would recommend Terry to friends and family.

We had roofing work carried out by another company which was no good, the roof was leaking and a bedroom wall was wet. Could not get them to come back. Lethbridge roofing came and saw where the problem was and fixed it, they were very efficient and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I first engaged Lethbridge Roofing to remedy a leaking roof. Terry carried out a quick straight forward repair by replacing some degraded tiles. I kept his buisness card and 15 years later, after being messed around by builders doing a loft conversion, I eventually call Lethbridge again and find Terry is still there still trading. His services were immediately employed again this time to carry out some lead flashing, parapet brickwork and the rendering of the neigbours side of a party wall - all done extremely timely and with sound quality. The pedigree Terry brings speaks for itself where workmanship, craftsmanship and happy neighbours come as standard. Just as important Terry had no problems giving sincere advice on the integrity of work carried out by others where his only concern was my family being/feeling safe inside the home as opposed to trying to fabricate extra work for himself. Terry has since become the central figure in getting the rest of my build across the finish line with my only regret being why I didn't call him first.
