Lucian has been very friendly and professional. He offered to evaluate for free and solved the problem on the spot! I was very impressed and would highly recommend and use again!

Lucian is very professional and honest. He managed to do a job where others failed and while other electricians wanted to be paid even for not doing the job, he was honest enough to tell me I would pay him only if the job was successfully done. The job was very challenging, but he said that "nothing is impossible" and did it. I highly recommend him and I will use him again in the upcoming weeks for other jobs in my flat.

Lucien identified and fixed the problem with our radiator very promptly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. From speaking to him about other potential work to be done at our property and from previous reviews, he seems to have a wide ranging set of skills and he showed willlingness to work around more complex issues. Lucian responded to my job posting very quickly, providing a very reasonable quote and with an ability to be flexible over timings. He arrived at the next time I was going to be available (quite late in the evening) which was most appreciated, was punctual, polite, very friendly and above all it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. It was quickly established that the problem was in fact more complicated than I had initially thought which required some parts etc. He explained it in full as well as discussing all possible options. He then came back first thing the following morning, fixed the problem very swiftly and (as I had to be at work so was not around) even took photos of every step of his work and e-mailed them to me for my benefit. If I ever have any issues at all in the future my first port of call will be Lucian. Entirely honest, incredibly conscientious (the place was left spotless after he left), skilled and very good value – everyone needs to know someone like this & I’m glad we’ve met!

I can't recommend Lucian enough. I got 7 quotes to do a full refubrishment of my bathroom. Lucian was not the cheapest for the job but the final result worth every penny invested in hiring him. Lucian is excited and very motivated about his job, he is up to date on the latest technologies and tendences in in the buiding sector and will make sure whatever he does will last. He came to visit my place and he listened carefully all my requirements, then he exposed his recommendations on materials and overcome few concerns I had with smart and stylish solutions. The job took a bit longer than expected but the results are brilliant. For many decisions during the refubrishment I just relayed on his criteria as he knows very well what he is doing. Now I have great brand new bathroom/wet room and I hope will last for many years. Thanks again Lucian!

Work done quickly and efficiently for agreed price, good service, satisfied.

His quality of work is not in good standard! Tiling, paint work very poor! He is also expensive! He cuts corner and try to convince you by bluffing! Number of suggestion he gave me seems not possible to achieve! However, I had those work done by other builder without any issues. One time I call him to come over the weekend to rectify his mistake, but he claims that he can come only if I pay him £300 an hour!! I don’t think most established company will charge anyone that much. Be careful!

Lucian was able to attend on the same day that the problem arose. He worked quickly and tidily and I would definitely recommend him. The price he quoted was the price we paid.
