Lucian was helpful, professional and flexible and I am happy with the work he's done. Lucian does expect to be paid immediatedly on completion, before leaving the job. I would recommend him as long as your time is flexible enough to be available to check his work and hand over payment before he leaves the building. For commercial projects this may be tricky.

Lucian arrived on the dot and effeciently carried out the jobs one by one.He seems to know his work and did not get irritated inspite of small changes etc It's a breath of fresh air to find a handyman you can trust! I felt comfortable leaving him to get on with with without supervision and will throughly recommend him to all my friends and family.

Very helpful guy, Lucian. Easy to talk to and explained everything really well. Only thing he was not too clear on was that doors needed to be primed immediately - he said I had up to a week to do it (they swelled out of their frames in 24 hours).

excellent work. quick and no mess. the extractor i had chosen didn't fit but lucian went and sourced an alternative which is very quiet. would definately use him for future work.

Lucian is a very good worker, he takes pride in what he does, he is also a very good communicator he likes giving ideas, I trust him completely.
