Hero was professional throughout and responded very quickly making swift arrangements to quote the job. He was thorough and it was clear he is experienced coupled with very high standards. His team were friendly, communicative, respectful of us and our neighbours' property. If you are looking for a productive team with a quality finish at reasonable rates, I would highly recommend.

Ilir and his team have done a great job on our garden and are really friendly guys. They came to quote us on the weekend and they had started the job first thing on the Tuesday, turning up on time every day till they finished a few days later. We have no side access to the garden so they were very careful with their machinery through the house and made sure all the flooring was covered. We really love our new porcelain patio and lawn, exactly what we asked for. We will definitely be recommending hero builders to our friends and family.

Honestly really impressed. I went with them though I had a cheaper quote and I don't regret it. They did a quality job, were easygoing/polite/considerate and cleaned up well at the end too.

The guys were really nice and very professional They worked really hard in horrible weather. All rubbish was cleaned up and taken away. Thanks guys for doing a really good job on my garden, it looks lovely
